Der #Schwiegermutterstuhl, haha, so lustig. Aber Fun Fact, dieses Bild stammt aus den Grusonschen Gewächshäusern in #Magdeburg, die von dem Unternehmer und Kakteensammler Hermann #Gruson gestiftet wurden. Er besaß Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts die größte Kakteensammlung Europas und vermachte sie nach seinem Tod der Stadt Magdeburg. Und jetzt ratet mal, nach wem dieser #Goldkugelkaktus aus Mexiko benannt wurde: Kroenleinia grusonii.

A mother-in-law's chair, HAHAHAHA sO FUnNY. But really, a fun fact is that this photo was taken at the #GrusonGewächshäuser conservatory in Magdeburg, a botanical garden named after Hermann Gruson, entrepreneur and collector of cacti. Built after his death, the #conservatory houses the #plant collection he bequeathed to the city of Magdeburg – once the largest collection of #cacti in Europe at the end of the 19th century. Now, guess after whom this #goldenBarrelCactus from Mexico, Kroenleinia grusonii, was named.
