Il est à craindre que les tortionnaires fascistes de l’Etat israélien soient en train, au sens littéral, d’écraser Marwan Barghouti pour ne plus avoir à être confrontés au problème politique de sa libération, laquelle porte l’exigence des droits démocratiques et nationaux des Palestiniens et de deux Etats démocratiques et laïques.

En écrasant Marwan Barghouti, les tortionnaires fascistes entendent interdire toute perspective d’existence d’un Etat palestinien. Ce faisant, ils interdisent aussi toute possibilité d’existence sûre du peuple judéo-israélien. Ils sont donc triplement criminels : envers la nation palestinienne, envers la nation judéo-israélienne, envers l’humanité.

La libération de Barghouti est la pierre de touche de tout « plan de paix » : sans elle, tout plan de paix reste un plan de guerre.

The rogue State of #Israel has held Marwan #Barghouti in their prison system for over 20 years and refused to release him. Barghouti remains the most popular Palestinian leader.

In the recent hostage release negotiations, Israel insisted that Barghouti was excluded from consideration.

And my frequent reminder: Israel holds around 10,500 #Palestinian hostages in their alleged prison system, mostly without charge, involving frequent torture. All of these people from #Palestine should be released immediately.
