Anton Nootenboom, a Dutch Army veteran, began his new Guinness World Record attempt in LA, at Santa Monica Beach, on February 17, 2024. His journey spans the entire length of the USA, finishing in NYC. The mission aims to prevent men's suicides by raising awareness and funds for men's mental health, supporting organizations like Movember.
27km completed yesterday.
Anton walked after dark until about 9:45pm and then back to camp for the night.
Today we continue on Highway 24 out of Beloit and head toward Glasco, KS.
