I should’ve started them before buying my first pair. Transitioning takes time, and strengthening your feet in advance helps you adapt faster and avoid injuries.

2️⃣ It’s a lifestyle change, not just shoes.
Thinner soles demand more from your feet. Foot care and regular exercises quickly become part of your daily routine. Soon enough, you’ll own toe spacers, massage balls… and probably only wear toe socks. 😅

3️⃣ Conventional shoes become unwearable.
Once you get used to barefoot freedom, going back to narrow, cushioned shoes feels impossible — no matter how “trendy” they are.
