Coles Group and Myer giftcard barcode via PDF printout or on phone only works at customer service desk or checkout not self-service checkout as NCR cash register cannot read barcode in giftcard only small reader taken away from under EFTPOS machines at self-service checkouts. The card number cannot be manually entered only scanned. Call centre for Giftcards.com.au is useless about this conundrum. Get staff to suspend transaction at self-service checkout and take suspension slip to customer service and pay there with giftcard or go through checkout. #giftcard #coles #reader #barcode #fail
