So I had my lunch at The Mesquite Pit in Granbury today. I had been trying to find a good spot that wasn't too expensive for a bit. The only place I knew that was small was Risky's in Benbrook which is 40 minutes North.

I actually took the time to look at the online menu as went for lunch. Granted, its a lot of calories but its lunch.

I can walk the distance between the Laundromat and the Gas station and get some of my food moving to my muscles instead of my fat.

Had a two meat plate. The Brisket was good and the smoked sausage nice as well. Might buy a pound to use for lunch over a week sometime.

Leider nicht überall zu bekommen, aber es lohnt sich definitiv immer wieder, Patties aus Dry Aged Hackfleisch zu pressen. Gewürzt mit Steakpfeffer und Cornish Rauchsalzflocken, gegart auf der Plancha.
