作为 ballance 老玩家之一，游戏原作是好游戏，但我不推荐 Ziggurat 炒的这次冷饭，可以说是相当没诚意了。这个冷饭有下列问题： 1. 几乎是原版游戏没怎么改动就直接搬上来上架的冷饭，我这里的“原版”，指的是连那个知名的附加关卡“速度”都不包含的版本！ 2. 默认会用德语，默认会全屏并使用 640x480 怀旧分辨率。Steam 版本倒是还带了个批处理来改默认语言，但假如你之前设过注册表来调整分辨率和窗口化之类，这个批处理跑过之后甚至会重置为 640x480 的分辨率并重置为全屏！ 3. 鉴于上面的1和2，你就不要指望它对现代设备有任何支持了。HD 宽屏支持？不存在的！新的 DirectX、OpenGL、Vulkan 支持？不存在的！ 反观贴吧 ballance 吧多少年前就提供的各种针对这款老游戏的易用性配置工具、宽屏与新的渲染后端支持、Mod 甚至联机支持，只能说这个冷饭上架是毫无诚意了。甚至有种就只是单纯拿到游戏后套了个 dgVoodoo 能跑就开始搞宣发+拿来卖的感觉，来赚老玩家的情怀钱。...

i’m going to ship a Stacks 5.1 plug-in update next week AND trying to keep momentum high in my Stacks Pro work too. and be a dad occasionally too.

i wanted a nice clean slate even if it came at the cost of a bit of sleep. oh well.
