The day started early, for some reason Tiffi had to go out again. Well, old dog, the trip, whatever. But she really enjoyed the walk to the river later and so did Ici and Tapis. But it's also wonderful there.

Arrived in Balanod and went for a long walk. The old Panhard is still there as it was two years ago and nothing has changed at the old factory (Filature de laine des Ets Chenut). A pity really, it looks as if it had only recently been abandoned, in fact it was closed in 1973, says Patrimonie in Burgund-Franche-Comté. But the dogs were very happy and there was a cold beer for the chronicler.

Ok, by popular demand we are starting the summer vacation 2022. It was the last summer with Tiffi, the dog that looks like Éclaire, but that's probably because they come from the same shelter in Romania. Anyway, she is already 14 years old and so it was a very slow vacation. So much for that. We drove to Balanod in the french Jura, to a house we already knew. The dogs and we immediately felt at home. And, funnily enough, a supermarket at the home of French mustard sells Polish mustard. Has probably something to do with corona...

Todays "dogs-on-vacations"-Pictures were taken in the french Jura. It was late spring 2020 and we had Fussel with uns. We discovered many beautiful little towns, a nice river and this rare old Panhard. A clear recommendation to go there.
