Quick Lunch at "Higu Bagel", Itabashi, Tokyo, Japan - Norbert Woehnl Photography

We went for a quick lunch at Higu Bagel, a café and bagel shop in the Itabashi Ward of Tokyo, Japan. Today's specialty was a honey-mustard chicken bagel.

I baked them for about 22 minutes this time, and that resulted in a better color.

I made more furikake bagels this time since it tasted alright last time.

Anyways, bagels for lunch this week.

Costco bagels 🥯🥯🥯🥯

Costco used to sell them as 2x6-packs (for $x), but it seems they recently switched to selling 1x8-pack (for slightly less).

We ordered 2x8-packs of bagels, and instead got 4x8-packs 👀

Costco/Instacart only charged us for 2 thankfully (cashier training issue?)

32 bagels is a lot when we expected 16 😅
