Second day on the open bottle, complex flavors have melded, the fig and dark sugars strong over the rich oaky bourbon finish.
All this Bad Weather has put me in a good mood.
Oh, not the 50F temps, the #badweatherbrew beers! Sweater Weather is Ruby red, malty with a perfect balance of cinnamon and coconut nuttiness with a hint of vanilla.
Added a hot poker to it yesterday and the cinnamon burn was AMAZING 🔥
