TonyIt was my first time photographing a marathon. At first, most of my shots came out blurry because I used the wrong shutter speed (1/60s). It is just too slow even for walking pedestrians.

Lisa!I saw the white squirrel today! I haven’t seen one in years. Found this fellow over 3 city blocks from where I last saw one…so skittish that by the time I got my phone out, all I caught was a wisp of a tail (it’s there if you look closely) it’s a terrible photo of a great moment

flisswaveTHREE small otters playing in a pond by the river tonight and the phone camera does not cut it at all. This is i think the 5th time I have seen river otters in the 7 years i've lived here and only twice have I had a decent camera, dagnabbit. They were very small - juveniles? I wondered if they were something else, mink or something, but nothing turns in the water like an otter. They were chuffing and chattering and blowing bubbles and you will just basically have to take my word for it because these utterly awful photos are all I got. #wildlife #otters #badphotos #oregoncoast
