Not parked on the pavement. Unfortunately a large chunk of this van projects out *over* the narrow path, obstructing it (worse for any visually impaired person trying to pass in the dark).
You'd hope a cycle shop was more aware of this sort of thoughtless driver behaviour, but apparently not... Sadly common, lot of drivers leave a chunk of vehicle hanging over the pavement, zero thought to pedestrians
