What a week. Feel like I’ve missed every due date due to distractions. Except for THiS one!

Rich and complex with barrel notes, oak, fig, dark sugar, chocolate, vanilla, and coffee in a big full bodied treat.
So this beer poking thing, I could get into this!
Take an amazing beer like #badweatherBrewing Ominous or Sweater Weather and just burn the heck out of the malts and sugar.
Crème brûlée in an instant!
Marshmallow notes galore!
Cinnamon crisp that just pops!
It’s #stouturday and the week definitely started with a Calamity. We’ll end the same, but in a MUCH better way.

Rich complex full body, dark sugar, fig, molasses, chocolate, and a dark bourbon finish.
Headed for 30F but it is still sweater weather in MN

Coconut, cinnamon, vanilla with hints of caramel and a rich nutty body.
Yep it’s heckin’ chilly and getting worse!
Sweater Weather #badWeatherBrewing winter warmer hits the spot…that hit of exposed skin you always miss.
This year’s vintage has a nutty nose, stronger on the coconut, the cinnamon is darker and it’s got a caramel backnote that overwhelms the vanilla a bit.
Don’t get me wrong it’s still fabulous! Feeling better already.
Bad Weather has subsided, more light fluffy snow on this New Year’s Day.
No work so of course I’ll finish this #badweatherBrewing BA Old Fashioned Ominous with lunch (pizza, perfect pairing)
Day 2 on an open bottle, the cherry and bitters have amped up, a bit more snap to the orange finish.
