Mentally on edge.
The noisy neighbour had been relatively quiet for quite some weeks. Two days ago I saw PA gear in his van.
Yesterday morning for about an hour he blasted 'Blue Monday' looping certain parts of the track in an unpredictable and jarring way.
This morning he briefly played the same track very loud then turned it down and now it's off.
But it could go on at any time. For any amount of time. I HATE THIS.
I am an involuntary subject of a psychology experiment.

@faduda Maritime protection is a Security function. Don't think Irish Navy would be pleased that the public perception of their assigned responsibilities (again not appropriately funded) is solely fishery protection. Also as a EU Member State we have responsibilities to the whole EU & maritime protection is not a derogation of our National obligations but of our International obligations. #BadNeighbour

#WayneFromLawnton is rev'ing his Harley Davidson in his yard again, not actually going anywhere. He does this quite regularly we have no idea what he's trying to achieve.

I tried reporting him to council, that didn't work.

So I was chatting to the two City of Calgary workers who came out to assess the branch that I requested to be removed for safety reasons from the big poplar in front of our house...when the neighbour marched out, demanded a "private conversation" with them, insisted the tree was "totally infested", "his son got ticks", "there's a huge anthill at the base", and basically tried to convince them that the tree should be completely taken down.

Full glass facade going up on new residential tower is blindingly reflective. I'm about a kilometer away. I was walking by the other day and notice how much it was reflecting into the apartments of the unfortunate people who live across the street.
