This #backupfriday is what in Sweden is called a "klämdag" - a work day squeezed in between two days off; following the example of the Swedes I took the day off.

In non news, nothing has happened on the fiber side since the week they got half way down the street. We will see if it ever reaches my building.

Two weeks ago hell froze over, as fiber was being put in(to the other end of) my street.

In the first week they got halfway down the street. Since then nothing has happened. So I am not holding my breath. It's all right, though, the old copper still works just fine.

Oh, don't forget it is #backupfriday!

It feels like spring - almost 20°C this #backupfriday. Here is a picture from the woods near Bagsværd lake north of Copenhagen:

This #backupfriday I bring you a picture from Teckningsmuseet (The Museum of Drawings) in Laholm, Sweden - where they currently have an exhibition of drawings by Mattias Adolfsson.

So many details you end up almost dizzy! A lot of fun. The picture is a little drawing made on the wall for the exhibition by the artist:

This week it is #backupfriday on the correct day.

Here is a picture of the 6 127 meters tall pylons holding the antenna of the UNESCO World Heritage transmitter in Grimeton near Varberg in Sweden - well worth a visit!

Due to vacation last weeks scheduled #backupfriday was delayed until now, this Monday. Soon the backup will be caught up, though.
Easter is upon us and on this #backupfriday I bring you another page from the Rock'n'Roll calendar by Jan Lööf:

Before I could get to #backupfriday duties, I had to update my fail2ban configuration, as I was getting thousands of hits violating my robots.txt (mainly to /calendar/ ...)

The User-Agent is probably/perhaps fake, but I have now blocked meta-externalagent/1.1 in the same category as GPTBot: aibots.

Now that is done - and the jail has increased from 4 inhabitants to 100 in 10 minutes - it is time to start the friday backup, finally.

Last weekend I visited Haaning Collection and out of the corner of my eye, I caught a glimpse of Vim before the slopocalypse:

It is #backupfriday and there is an election for the Danish parliament on Tuesday - however my election card has not arrived. Not surprising, as the company that took over mail delivery in Denmark, DAO, seems to be utterly incompetent - at least in my neck of the woods.

I got myself a rock'n'roll calendar drawn by Jan Lööf - it's nice:

I connected the usb-harddisk yesterday, but then I forgot all about #backupfriday. One of those weeks! Anyway, it is running now.

Sometimes a physical door is more of a symbolic thing, you know? ↓
