As a former teacher, it was a real pleasure to join young people for our Youth Policy Dialogue, together with the @CY2026EU and @AnnaLindh.

Around three discussion tables, we exchanged ideas on some of the key initiatives under the #PactForTheMediterranean:

🎓 the Mediterranean University
🏛️ the Youth Parliamentary Assembly
🕊️ peace and security

Their feedback matters. Their perspectives help shape our work. And their ideas must be part of how we turn policy into concrete action.

The Mediterranean is young - and its future must be built with young people, not only for them.

Centenary United Methodist Church will host its annual Health Fair in conjunction with the back-to-school backpack event. In previous years, we were able to provide school supplies for over 400 Pre-K through 12th grade students and this year, we are expecting even more families in need.
