Nearly finished all of the knitting for the layette!
Tonight I'll finish off the final romper, and then cast on one more cardigan which should only take a handful of days to do. It's f1 race weekend, so much knitting time!
Early next week I'm hoping to pick up a few more fat quarters so that next week I can sew the baby quilt. Then it's weaving ends and sewing on buttons.
Goal is to have it in the mail between April 23 and April 30. I think that is very, very doable.

Baby garment number... I lost count.
This one has been paused while I waited on more of the off-white color as apparently I misordered. That has arrived, so I will hopefully be finishing it soon!
I love this silver colorwork ring I got years ago. Most comfortable one I've used, and it holds the yarn perfectly and smoothly.
Having good tools can really make all the difference for me when engaging in my hobbies.
(also I'm so glad my wrist feels better today so I can knit - I am being careful and not just medicating the pain away to ignore it, it actually feels better)
Started on the first piece of the layette tonight. Some complicated feels as the last time I knit a layette using these patterns was for a relative I no longer speak with.
But new chapters, new family, new connections, hurray!
