Debanking is not a new phenomenon, nor is it a form of repression specifically targeting left-wing organisations.

However, the closure of Rote Hilfe e.V. (RH) accounts has caused quite a stir and raises the question of what influence the US government’s Anti-Antifa decrees have, what roles EU directives, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), the FIU, the dubious VS and whatever else they are called play.

Special screening of “The Voice of Hind Rajab” (original version with subtitles) and panel discussion

The award-winning docudrama by Tunisian director Kaouther Ben Hania tells the true story of a 5-year-old girl from the Gaza Strip.

Hind and her family fled Gaza City on 29 January 2024 when their car was fired upon by Israeli forces. All her relatives were killed in the attack.

Hind Rajab was left alone in the car for hours whilst she kept in contact with staff from the Palestinian Red Crescent over the phone.

Sondervorführung „Die Stimme von Hind Rajab“ (OmU) und Panelgespräch

Das preisgekrönte Dokudrama von der tunesischen Regisseurin Kaouther Ben Hania erzählt die wahre Geschichte eines 5-jährigen Mädchen aus dem Gazastreifen.

Hind und ihre Familie flohen am 29. Januar 2024 aus Gaza-Stadt, als ihr Auto von israelischen Streitkräften beschossen wurde. Dabei wurden alle ihre Verwandten getötet.

Hind Rajab blieb stundenlang allein im Auto zurück, während sie am Telefon mit Mitarbeitenden des Palästinensischen Roten Halbmond Kontakt hielt.
