Have you ever been in the Spruce Goose, the plane Howard Hughes built? You can do that in the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum in McMinnville, Oregon. You can easily do one or two days there.

Was at the Museum of Flight last week. It is a wonderful museum and if you have not been there carve some time out of your Seattle trip to go there.

I had forgotten how absolutely huge the Saturn F1 engine is. Also Blackbird(s)! Their one of a kind remaining M-21 Blackbird is amazing to see as you can get under it and very close to it unlike many museums.
