This bird, photographed near Celendín, Cajamarca, I assume to be a juvenile yellow-breasted brushfinch (Atlapetes latinuchus), although I don't see any images of juveniles on eBird, so it's hard to be 100% sure.

Este ave, fotografiada cerca de Celendín, supongo que es un juvenil de Atlapetes latinuchus, aunque no veo imágenes de juveniles en eBird, así que es difícil estar 100% seguro.
