little update regarding my arm: my sutures (stitches) were removed a few days ago. my hand regained almost full movement, except curling up my thumb and bending the whole hand backwards. i still have to be careful to not lift heavy things with it, but otherwise my the hand is fully usable and painless. i guess the bone will be healed by the end of january.

operation #automail update:

the operation was successful and my arms are now (partly) titanium. it still hurts a bit and i still do most things one-handed.

speaking of one-handed: i can now fairly reliably solve my 3-by-3 cube with one hand on about ~6-8 minutes. two-handed my times were ~1-3 minutes.

what's next? learning Haskell? beating Jevil?!? the answer is a clear maybe 😎.

i'm gotta have surgery tomorrow. my bones will be reinforced with titanium 🦾😎.

i'm still a little queasy. also i have to get up early as all fuck and also not eat anything for hours. oof.
