Preflight ✈️ run before flying to San Diego tomorrow for my first marathon this Sunday! After a super demanding week I’m feeling a bit worked over, so I hope two days of chilling and seeing my sis in SD will provide some needed restoration.

I'll be mentoring a half-marathon pace group with Fleet Feet Monterey for the Golden State Trail Run in June. Come join us!

The route was 16-18 miles, and despite mentoring a pace group, I've never run more than thirteen-and-a-half. I had been nervous the day befor...
The end of 2022 was full of uncertainty (and some post-surgery complications) but I believed that a healthier future was ahead, so I went about forging that vision for 2023. As I stood on the top of the hill we’ve dubbed “Big G” and thought of all of the progress made this year, I was overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone that made it easier to believe and do the work.
