The EU really needs to heavily invest in RISC-V.
The US can shutdown the export of CPUs at anytime and paralyze the european IT sector for years.
In this scenario, RISC-V would be the only viable ISA, but today those CPUs are orders of magnitude behind compared to the American counterparts based on x86 and ARM.
