Google Wallet updates expiry date of debit card or credit card before physical card is issued and activated so Google gets paid quicker than any other supplier which is unfair and greedy and usurps power away from the customer in favour of the supplier but saves having to use a second debit card or credit card to survive till late debit card or credit card arrives in post and is activated. Auswide Bank is delivering new credit cards and debit cards 2 weeks late after expiry so I have to use another bank's debit card to tide me over till they arrive then swap back or internet and hosting will drop out and food will run out. #auswidebank #app has average rating in reviews of 1/5 in Google Play and they do not reply to complaints so they are being hammered in Google Play reviews - it is trial and error and work it out oneself or use browser on desktop or change banks - there is no version of their app or date of release in Google Play only update date so there is no way of knowing what version person has installed to see whether they need to upgrade or not - PIN login is easier than account login - in Sep 2025 Auswide Bank updated their app so GUI was quite different - mostly I adjusted to the new GUI #googleplay #android #banks #gui

#Caboolture #CBA #ATM won't accept my #auswidebank #debitcard so I have to transfer funds to #westpac #debitcard to use on CBA ATM to withdraw #cash - very messy - CBA is Commonwealth Bank of Australia #banks - so shops in Caboolture that only accept cash make it quite hard to make payment except using the above method - it would be better for them to setup a #square card reader for #EFTPOS and accept card payments

#bankwest closing branches is the same as #auswidebank who keep closing branches in Morayfield and North Lakes and expecting customers to bank online or via #auspost or #ATM of another bank like big 4 e.g. #CBA #bank #closure - they keep putting pressure on customers to only use internet or Post Office or ATM and rarely visit branch which is 50km away in Brisbane or Caloundra - once I had cheque banked by posting it to #AuswideBank HQ in Bundaberg which took about 2 days but worked OK - small banks are under pressure to keep closing branches because of competition from big 4 banks who have huge share of market
