Programming for fun, the foreboding view of 2020 from the year 2000:
๐ถ Now look what they've gone and done
To make reality of imagination
So people have time to think
Machines can do the work
...
People can do the work
So machines have time to think
...
People can do the work
To make reality of imagination ๐ถ

Arse-kicking song for the revolution. Great to see a saxaphone being used and abused just as originally intended. Kenny G had no idea how to play it.

Song: I Love Work

๐ถ I lost my job, my house burned down
And I got two tickets from the same clown
All my memories are up in smoke
All my enemies are fuckin' stoked
'Cause now I've got nothin' left
And I can't even collect a counter check
Because for that, you need ID
And the Centrelink staff don't recognise me
Still have a hangover, my head hurts ๐ถ

The most quintessential #AFL song?

๐ถ My old man used to take me to the footy
Now it's me takes him
Been barracking for the Sainters
Season on end, season cold and grim
Every season we'd pretend that we were the great pretenders
And watch in the rain getting done again by the real contenders
Oh hear the cry, ring out to the Moorabbin sky
Winmar to Lockett!
You've got my heart when you've got the leather ๐ถ

Saw a band from the 1990s perform on Monday night in #melbourne .
Rather than 50,000 people being there, there were about 200.
I paid $35, not $350.
Rather than seeing performers the size of postage stamps, I saw people who actually looked human sized.
Rather than being motivated to perform by millions of dollars, they were loved because of their music.
Thanks Underground Lovers, I had a blast.
