I recently read that this type of enumerative #hashtags driver many people needing to use #ScreenReaders due to #VisionImpairmentor other reasons nuts.

I do understand the reasoning behind it: search optimization.

I think I just found a conceptually easy solution: would it be possible to define a #BASIC type "goto" command for a specials character that lets the reader jump to the #AltText?
(Could also be placing "#AtText" at the beginning.)
