It's really amazing. When #Jira was introduced in our company quite some years ago, we were really excited. There was this snappy, very user-intuitive system (ex. Bugzilla) that "just works" and feels gratifying to use. Fast forward to today and you have a spying, slow, unreliable piece of shit where you can't add any columns to the bulk editor when you first remove every column, and the selected columns are RESET EVERY TIME YOU SELECT A TICKET!!!

Seriously #Atlassian, just go broke already
