#toxic as a description for #workplaces is a useful term: there is a daily dose of anti-social behaviour beyond a person's threshold. So the there are three paths forward: 1) reduce the negative dose by increasing positive behaviour (compliments, positivity) and 2) reducing the unwanted behaviour *and* 3) increase the person's resilience / tolerance level so they can cope with a wider range of people. #AcademicChatter #astrodonchatter
