@autistics My parents are not budging for doing things before their new car arrives, which could be as late as the last day of November. My friend with a reliable Grand Am cannot help unless I pay for gas money.
So far the only way I can see of viewing this new housing placement with terms that the social worker can agree to, is if I have gas money to pay my friend in advance so that a meeting could be arranged ASAP.

However it needs the correct season for the tires (that also deflate overnight) and needs a new fuel pump and surrounding assembly.
