It's probably the cold weather but the #arthritis (osteoarthritis) in my hands has been really bad over the last couple of days.
I'm trying to keep my hands warm with fingerless gloves, while keeping the amount of painkillers to a minimum.

This is the first year I've suffered with this.
Anyone got any useful advice to ease things?
