Taking to her Instagram stories, the ‘Atrangi Re’ actress added a personal touch to her glamorous look by wearing her mom’s phulkari. Alongside the image, she wrote, “Mummy ki Phulkari Te Mummy Ki Kudi.” In the picture, Sara is seen wearing a white suit that she paired with a yellow phulkari dupatta. The actress strikes the perfect pout as she takes her mirror selfie.

The ‘Coolie No. 1’ actress also added the popular song “Udh Udh Jaave” Phulkari sung by Anmol Virk. The actor also took the opportunity to tease his fans with an exciting hint about his upcoming project, “Border 2.” On Sunday, Varun took to his Instagram stories and posted a video showing kids, holding the National Flag, displaying their enthusiasm and patriotism during the parade.

Dhawan also added the popular song "Sandese Aate Hai" from the Sunny Deol-starrer war film “Border.”

Alongside the clip, the 'Student of the Year’ actor wrote, “Border 2.” In the video, Varun is seen sitting in a car while recording the footage.

Directed by Anurag Singh, “Border 2” stars Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh, Ahan Shetty, and Varun Dhawan. The film appears to be inspired by the 1999 Kargil War, during which Pakistani troops crossed the Line of Control (LoC) and took control of Indian territory, primarily in the Kargil district.

The action thriller is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, JP Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta. “Border 2” will be presented by Gulshan Kumar & T-Series in collaboration with JP Dutta’s J.P. Films.

A few days ago, Varun kicked off the shooting of the film in Madhya Pradesh. A picture from the shoot location went viral, showing Dhawan alongside Bhushan Kumar and Nidhi Dutta, posing with the film’s clapboard.

On January 15, the ‘Bhediya ‘actor paid tribute to the "real heroes" of India on Army Day. He took to Instagram to share two photos of himself with the jawans. One of the pictures even showed Varun striking a pose alongside the soldiers next to a tank.

Mumbai, Jan 16 (SocialNews.XYZ) The cameras have started to roll for the upcoming film “Border 2” and Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has joined the cast in Jhansi, Madhya Pradesh for the shoot.

Set in the highly secluded armed forces cantonment areas of Jhansi, the film aims to capture the raw emotions and heroism that have defined the franchise. With its gripping storyline, intense action sequences, and heartfelt drama.

A picture from the shoot location is doing the round where Varun along with Bhushan Kumar and Nidhi Dutta are seen posing with the film’s clapboard.

The film, which is helmed by Anurag Singh, is the sequel to the 1997 film “Border”, an epic war film, based on the events of Battle of Longewala (1971). Directed by J. P. Dutta, the film is set during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.

It had Sunny Deol, Suniel Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Akshaye Khanna, Sudesh Berry, Puneet Issar, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Tabu, Raakhee, Pooja Bhatt and Sharbani Mukherjee.

“Border 2” stars Sunny, Diljit Dosanjh and Ahan Shetty along with Varun. The film seems to be based on the 1999 Kargil War. In early 1999, Pakistani troops infiltrated across the Line of Control (LoC) and occupied Indian territory mostly in the Kargil district.

“Border 2” is backed by a stellar production team, including Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, JP Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta. Directed by Anurag Singh, Presented by Gulshan Kumar & T-Series in association with JP Dutta’s J.P. Films, the sequel promises to take audiences on a spectacular journey of patriotism, courage, and sacrifice.

It will release on January 23, 2026.

On January 15, Varun honoured the “real heroes” of India on Army Day on Wednesday.

He took to Instagram, where he shared two pictures of himself getting clicked with the jawans. One image even had the “Baby John” star striking a pose with the soldiers next to a tank.
