Resulting from the #War in #ukraine the current sentiment seems to be, that (#armoured) #Vehicles are increasingly vulnerable to kamikaze and observer #drones. I am no expert but I'm wondering if it might be overstated.

1. #Hardkill systems exist. Wouldn't't it be possible to modify them or enhance the next gen. to be able to neutralise incoming #FPV drones?

2. Most drones are relatively slow. Wouldn't it be fairly easy to conceptualize a remote or automated #weapon station with a dedicated sensor array that locates and (perhaps even automatically) engages them with something like a 20mm gun & airburst munitions? Observer drones would need to stay further away and be bigger to lift better optics. Becoming a target for more "regular" #airdefense.

I would be very interested to hear what you think (especially from experts^^)
