Sometimes i'm like "are you good #aoderelay ? 3000% cpu usage?" but limiting it basicly just cripples it. I'll just let it have zoomies every now and then I guess.

... okay. I can't tell if #AodeRelay is broken, relay.gay is broken, or #calckey is broken. Because after some very light fiddling, I haven't seen relay.gay ever send me a Delete activity. Whereas I see plenty from the c.im relay, because calckey definitely does not handle those properly (owing to it wrongheadedly trying to parse actvitiy ids instead of treating them opaquely 🤷)

AodeRelay claims that it forwards most activities verbatim, but I haven't yet managed to see logs actually supporting this.

THIS IS NOT WHAT I NEED TO BE DOING WITH MY TIME FUCK.

The thing about Mastodon is it rose to making up the single largest constitution of the federation/fediverse in basically no time and out of (seemingly) nowhere. One would think it a minor pop culture phenomenon if they weren't careful.
The thing is, is that much like a CryptoKittie, I'm still yet to know a single person in the physical that actually uses Mastodon.
