What happened in Sydney’s streets (Hyde Park) was entirely predictable. Police violence and anti-democratic laws delivered an inevitable outcome. We all saw this. Social media will undoubtedly provide more evidence of state violence against its citizens. But the real question is this:
Why is it that seemingly intelligent people like @AlboPM and @ChrisMinns will not differenciate between #anti-semitism, #Antifa #AntiGenocide #IsraeliUltraNationalism and #Zionism ? Anyone can look it up and the differences could not be clearer. So why peddle Israeli misdirection, misinformation and its fascist propaganda. That is the question.
Why would our political leaders (not all of them of course) peddle lies to keep the Israeli government (not the Jewish people per say) on side? What is it that compels our leadership to pursue this charade at the cost of Australian rights to protest (and physical harm at the hands of an aggressive police force).
Why? Why?

I would love to get Albo or Minns in a room and ask them why they conflate these terms with anti-semitism I really would.
