It is believed that humans evolved from primates, but in this world, other animals took a different turn in evolution. Some of these anthropomorphic animals, known as Beastmen have inherited abilities allowing them to bend the laws of nature to their will. The result being centuries of endless violence, prejudice, and conflict between humans and beastmen and even within the beastman-race.
