I think the world would actually kind of suck in the post-series of #Animorphs.
Sure, they could *try* to limit the morphing technology to people who need it for legit medical reasons (trans people included), but come on. It would leak.
And then there would be abusive exes, stalkers, serial killers, etc. running around with the ability to morph.
It would be bad.

hush404Anyone grow up reading #animorphs by #kaapplegate? I did. I had most of them. Loved the series as a kid. Sold em at some point. Have been having a ton of fun scouring (#thriftstore and #usedbookstore) to collect them again in hopes my son (or coming soon, daughter) might find joy in them when they're old enough to delve into!
I keep a spreadsheet to track which I have found. Missing just 7 in the numbered series (of 54) and 4 of the spin off novels (of ~12).
