After the brief discussion with @poppyhillz and @anime this morning about revisiting old favourites, I put on a couple of episodes of Barakamon - my all time favourite slice-of-life #anime .

Lo and behold, I found a perfect entry for this week's #AniMangaPictureChallenge ( @apc ), "Dumb Phones"!

Barakamon was my very first submission to the #AniMangaPictureChallenge , back in August 2024. I think it's okay to use it again now. :)

After his flip phone breaks after a dunk in the sea, Handa is left without any way of contacting his friend and family in Tokyo. He takes a walk to the local store to use the phone, and is confronted by... an even dumber phone!

Much to the delight of the local children, Handa has no idea what he's doing.
