Winter Tracking – Online Program

"This online program [held on February 26] will cover the basics of winter tracking, including prints, scat, and other signs of wildlife. Following this program, there will be companion walks at both our Gilsland Farm and Fields Pond centers on Saturday, February 28. Please register separately for online and in-person programs."

Activities include a mammal tracking display, winter camping display, and a warming fire and hut. NOTE: the Ski & Snowshoe Trailer will also be at the park from 2/26 through 3/6 and 3/8 & 9. Regular Park Admission applies on these dates.

Cost: Special event park admission rate: Ages 12 to 65 $1.50. All others free."

Reminds me of the approach taken by @polavieja where instead of tracking individual zebrafish, they identified each fish by their unique stripe patterns in each video frame, overcoming the hard occlusion problem in 2D video of animals moving in a 3D environment.
