We won't be in this US state that wants to legislate us out of existence much longer, but that's not to say we don't stand in solidarity with those that cannot leave. In the meantime, you can believe that we'll continue to do everything in our power to send the message that politicians and corporations can legislate and discriminate against any non-abusive queer identity, including those I/we don't readily share, at their OWN FUCKING PERIL.

There is, after all, no pride without adequate wrath behind it. Remember our roots.

What does pride mean to me? To my fellow queers, it's mostly about explaining what my unfortunately-colored pride flag means, because everything else translates naturally.

But over time, I've grown much less afraid to fly my true colors to everyone, and won't apologize for existing. I didn't use to be as confident. But others' fearless expression has built me up and got me to where I am today. Small but mighty. Not afraid to show off. Unapologetically masculine, but can be as hard or soft as you need me to suit your needs. Fierce ally for all identities and gender expression.
