@DidiQ Unfortunately, federal courts don’t have jurisdiction in these types of issues. #DeSatan fired the State Attorney of Hillsborough County (Tampa) #AndrewWarren because he wouldn’t pledge to uphold DeSantis’ abortion law. Mr. Warren removed the case to federal court. The federal Judge found that #DeSantis’ law was unconstitutional. But, bottom line, the Judge had no power to reinstate Mr. Warren’s position because it would infringe on the state’s jurisdiction.
