Big thanks to Peter’s Books for picking our new graphic novel GLOBAL as one of their special Book Talk Cards this month. Just found this on my phone. It’s Giovanni, our wonderful artist on so many books, looking bold and strong in startling black and white in a Paris cafe. We were in the French capital for a comics festival. I think our graphic novel, Illegal, was shortlisted for an award. It was a great weekend and my daughter, Lexie, came too.
