I'm sad to report that the screen on my RG 40XXV that I thought I fixed has died after all. Thankfully the seller gave me a full refund and I don't need to send it back. HDMI output works fine so this could still be a non-portable console... hmmmm

I've written about why the Anbernic RG DS is now at K-TEC.

The short version: the hardware was built for dual-screen gaming. The stock software didn't deliver on that promise. GammaOS Next changed everything — NDS games display the way they were designed to. Then I went further: per-game configs for hundreds of titles, platform-by-platform tuning, 39 gaming systems verified.
