Salad weather is upon us and I took a wee Mediterranean notion, but you can't get a decent Greek salad for love nor money around here so I improvised.

Worked pretty well. Could have done with some rocket (I don't normally like rocket) and maybe sun-dried tomatoes, but it scratched the culinary itch.

Apologies to anyone even slightly Greek.
