Having worked with a few different design and marketing teams, there is 0% chance that this was a āmistakeā. I would be surprised if *no one* brought up how this ad could be āmisinterpretedā in a meeting.
Marketing had to create the brief, hire the model, videographer and editing team, voiceover talent and APPROVE the ad for distribution.
