I hope they are amused, were gripped by the plot. believed in the characters, and that my stuff is worth reading. And that they were uplifted, not by cheap hogwash but by people trying to be decent and thinks not going to hell as a result.

mein Roman ist zwar (inhaltlich) fertig - doch ich fand arg, dass es Hunderte Stellen gab, in denen die Figuren ableistische Sprache nutzen... und habe darum nochmal Synonyme, Sprachbilder etc. gesucht,

hier unten z.B. für "gest*rt"

den Ableismus kriege ich nicht aus dem Buch: Figuren werten sich ab.

doch statt "der gest*rte Hund bellt" nochmal überlegen: WAS stört Figur X an Hund Y? gibts da ein Wort, das mehr erzählt?

...tut dem Buch gut. #amwriting
