First trail run after my injury. Amazing to be out again. Rock, mud, roots, brooks, old trees and mountains with spectacular views.

Running through this landscape is a different feeling than walking and I'm super grateful I get to do this again after six months.

My favourite trail running shoes, Altra Superior, have turned out to be excellent hiking shoes!

After a week's worth of steep climbs and descents, I've been impressed by their prowess: Light weight, excellent grip, good control on sliding small rocks, and gives me good balance on uneven and tiny surfaces.

I crave the trail feel, so haven't put the stone guards in (well, I forgot the being them tbh). It would make my feet less tired, I suppose, but it's still good for a 6 hour hike, so I'll keep it this way.

6 km #Lauf mit Ylvi in ganz lockerem Tempo. Die Runde am Rad vor zwei Tagen hat die Pfote nicht geschafft, diesmal hat sie gehalten! Bewegung muss tatsächlich sein, denn der Schnitt ist an einer Stelle, die beim Stehen und Gehen arbeitet und unter Spannung gerät.

War das schwül heute! Da war ich doch echt froh um die paar Regentropfen.
