One more made-up source, almost with page numbers. The quoted text does not exist in the referenced volume. Craig & de Búrca don't even use the term "consent procedure", but instead speak of "special legislative procedures".

Not that this is surprising given how LLMs work, but I'm sure many users expect responses like these to be factual, in particular when the prompt asks for sources. Perhaps a big disclaimer would be nice, like those found on cigarettes.
