BREAKFAST TACOS! @sebalicious and I went all out making these Vegetarian Breakfast Tacos with vegan chorizo, and they were SO delicious! We quick-pickled the red onion topping on them the night before, and that turned out to be an EXCELLENT decision. These were so good that I'm pretty sure we both ate our weight in tacos by the time we finished 🤤🌮🌶🧄🥑🧀🍅🥒🧅🍋‍🟩
