Our little portrait group has come together again and at least for the rest of this year we‘ll be painting the allaprima portrait. It’s always a pleasure to have someone to sit for a few hours. Alas, I lack the fund or the charisma to get people to sit for me 1 on 1 but this works for me as well.

Coming back from this week’s allaprima portrait session at the river bank. It’s just one more time and then I’ll have to wait until next summer :(.Again, the model didn’t choose this painting to take home, there are a lot of really good artists around each time. All good, I’m happy with the face but hair in general is tough for me and this head was the bane of my existence.
