I was cleaning out my cabinets yesterday when I stumbled upon my trusty old DS after who knows how long. This thing has been gathering dust out of sight for the past decade, but seriously – why?! It’s an awesome handheld with some top-tier games, including one of the best Alien-licensed games ever made: Aliens Infestation (2011).

This tense, Metroidvania-style sidescroller doesn’t waste any time before throwing you into the deep end, as your squad of colonial marines explores the wreck of the USS Sulaco and soon faces a horde of xenomorphs. For a “small” game, the production values are top-notch… Great graphics, an awesome soundtrack, and, of course, rock-solid gameplay.
